WHO WE ARE

Phillips Concessions LLC (Phillips) is a multi-branded food and beverage operator specializing in licensed concepts.  As a licensee/Operator of Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and Einstein Bros. Bagels. Phillips currently operates in airport, train station, and hospital/medical campus environments.

Headquartered in Miami, FL., Phillips Concessions brings nearly two decades of experience in F&B quality-control, management, and operations. 

Launched in 2005 with its first concept, Coffee Beanery at Miami International Airport and Starbucks Jackson Memorial Hospital, and quickly expanding to rebrand Coffee Beanery to renowned group Einstein Bros. Bagels. 

In 2014, Phillips Concessions joined forces with the minds behind MiamiCentral Station to open three iconic new concepts: Starbucks MiamiCentral, Einstein Bros Bagels MiamiCentral, and in 2016 the first Chick-fil-A in the City of Miami.

At our core, Phillips’ goal is to provide superior customer service for all brands we operate bringing the brands to development in areas/locations that are void of them or have a need for branded food and beverage concepts to enhance campus or travel environments. Our passion is to provide employment opportunities to the communities in which we serve.  Phillips spends a considerable amount of time and resources on recruiting, training and on-boarding employees for opportunities who may be limited or challenged due to pasts that limits them from job opportunities in the traditional job market.
